FLOOR TECHNICIAN - SOCIETY HILL

Floor Technicians are responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of  areas that include offices, patient rooms, break rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, and other public areas.  Other required duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

SKILLS/EDUCATION:  Minimum 1 ½ years experience in floor care, knowledge of how to strip, wax and burnish floors with no supervision; knowledge of operating various pieces of equipment necessary to effectively perform job functions, such as a high speed buffer, extractor, wet vac, pressure washer, auto scrubber. Candidate must have a clean 3-year driving record and provide SCDMV record.

LOCATION:  Will be required to work at/between all CSC locations:  Bishopville, Hartsville, Society Hill, Chesterfield, Cheraw, Bennettsville, McColl, Dillon, Latta and Lake View.

Project Director/Community Health Educator - Full Time - Hartsville

POSITION SUMMARY:  The Project Director/Community Health Educator will coordinate and oversee the activities of the integrated rural HIV health network. Will work closely with network partners to will address community HIV needs, gaps, and challenges, including issues related to the need for early HIV diagnosis and HIV prevention in Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Lee, and Marlboro counties with the overall goal of improving health outcomes among people living with HIV (PLWH) and reducing the number of new HIV infections consistent with “Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE): A Plan for America.” 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • With oversight from the Care Innovations Program Manager and assistance from the Chief of Business Development, responsible for execution of MOU between network partners; complete the annual review/renewal of network MOU.
  • Develop and implement a schedule for monthly network meetings.
  • Work closely with the network partner executive directors/CEOs to develop and maintain a strategic and workforce plan.
  • Develop and implement a sustainability plan.
  • Develop, implement, and report program goals, objectives, and procedures. Provide oversight of the collection and compilation of data for reporting and evaluation.
  • Develop access to funding streams to support HIV diagnosis and prevention.
  • Hold community forums and focus groups to engage the input of the target rural population.
  • Working closely with the CMO and network partners, recruit provider champions and promote HIV diagnosis and prevention as a routine part of primary care.
  • Implement a community health education campaign aimed at reducing HIV stigma.
  • Coordinate training for relevant network partner and CSC staff in evidenced-based HIV programs/interventions for HIV diagnosis and prevention in the targeted rural communities.
  • Develop a dissemination package and disseminate project results via community, regional, state and national presentations.
  • Supports CSC’s processes for compliance with Joint Commission, UDS, BPHC, and other legal and regulatory requirements.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Organizational Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in project/program management, HIV strongly preferred.
  • Strong organization skills required.
  • Must have the ability to self-educate and develop a thorough knowledge of Joint Commission standards and performance improvement techniques.

Blended Assistant (CMA/RMA) - Full Time - Society Hill

POSITION SUMMARY:  Functioning under the clinical guidance of the Director of Health Services, the role of the Blended Assistant (CMA/Scribe) is to accompany provider into the patient examination room in order to transcribe a history and physical exam, and document accurately the provider’s encounter with the patient and others present in the electronic health record.  He/she will be responsible to list all proper diagnoses and symptoms as well as follow up instructions and prescriptions as dictated by the provider and document any procedures performed by the physician. RMA/CMA - Full Time - ROADS

JOB SUMMARY: The RMA/CMA participates in the assessment of care of the mobile clinic patients.   This involves a variety of tasks requiring judgement born of a solid knowledge and expertise in general nursing theory.  Primary responsibility is to assist in the assessment and care of patients within the scope of her/his training limitations.  The RMA/CMA will also perform routine administrative duties such as checking in patient, authorizing insurance, processing co-payments, etc.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: This person will be required to obtain their Class B CDL license and be able to drive the unit on a rotating basis along with the other medical personnel that work on the unit.  The pay will be commensurate with doing so.  Adequate time will be given to obtain the license and in-house training will be provided.

ROADS Mobile Unit Specialist-ROADS

Under the direct supervision of the Mobile Health Services Program Manager, the ROADS Mobile Unit Specialist is responsible for the day to day transportation needs of one or more of the ROADS mobile healthcare units. The primary responsibility of the Mobile Unit Specialist is to safely operate the vehicle driving to and from its daily assigned workplace, including performing thorough pre-trip inspections daily and promptly reporting any issues to the Fleet Manager. The Mobile Unit Specialist will be responsible for securing a suitable parking area at each assigned location and setting up the mobile unit for clinic readiness.

In addition, the Mobile Unit Specialist will perform routine administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and insurance verification. He/She will assist the ROADS team clinical staff with escorting children from class to the mobile unit and obtaining vital signs (training will be provided).

 

Education/Skills Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement.  Continued employment dependent on maintaining current CDL credentials and acceptable driving record.

Up-to-date DOT physical exam clearance

Suitable 10 year driving record must be submitted upon interview selection

Experience working in the public school system a plus

CPR certification a preferred but can be obtained upon hire 

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
