National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day - Feb. 7th

Care Innovations will host National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day on Wednesday, February 7 from 9:00AM to 12:00PM at Dizzy Gillespie Apartments, 1343 Dizzy Gillespie Drive, Cheraw, SC. Care Innovations will provide free health screenings to the public. Screenings include HIV and Hepatitis C. For more information on this event, please call 843-378-3441.
