Since joining the Chesterfield team and taking on the role of blended assistant for Dr. Biester, Shanton has gone above and beyond in every aspect of her work.

Her proactive mindset truly sets her apart. When asked to participate in nursing home visits, Shanton not only stepped up—she streamlined the entire process, boosting efficiency, improving billing accuracy, and enhancing patient care.

Shanton’s adaptability and team-first attitude are exceptional. She took the initiative to cross-train in front desk procedures and regularly juggles both scribing and front desk responsibilities—a true example of dedication and teamwork.

Always eager to help, Shanton continuously applies her clinical knowledge and critical thinking to support Dr. Biester and provide top-tier care. She embodies our core values of excellence and integrity.
