Kaylee consistently exemplifies what it means to provide an exceptional patient experience. She approaches every interaction with a positive attitude, genuine kindness, and a willingness to help both patients and coworkers. Her compassion and professionalism create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and cared for. One recent example perfectly illustrates the impact Kaylee has on those she serves. When a patient arrived for a dental exam and indicated on the intake paperwork that he was experiencing homelessness, Kaylee did not simply process the forms and move on. She took the time to speak with the patient privately, learning that he was couch surfing and walking everywhere because he did not have reliable transportation. Understanding that these challenges extended far beyond his dental appointment, Kaylee immediately began looking for ways to help. She collaborated with a coworker to connect the patient with food assistance and transportation resources so he could continue receiving care and access other essential services. Rather than seeing a form to complete, Kaylee saw a person who needed compassion, dignity, and support.

That same spirit shines through in everything Kaylee does. Whether she is helping patients understand their appointments, answering questions, or taking extra time to work through concerns, she goes above and beyond to ensure no one feels overlooked. Her coworkers describe her as dependable, hardworking, and one of the first people to step in whenever help is needed. She is someone the team can always count on to keep the office running smoothly while never losing sight of what matters most: our patients.
