Fall Festival of Health and Trunk or Treat

Join us Saturday, October 24th from 9:00am to 1:00pm for our Annual Fall Festival of Health and new this year Trunk or Treat at the CareSouth Carolina Hartsville Medical Office, 1268 South Fourth Street Hartsville. We will have music, food, games, and a chance to start the trick or treating before Halloween.
