December 2025 Employee of the Month - Santrice Hailey

Please join us in celebrating Santrice Hailey, Director of Administrative Services as our Employee of the Month for December 2025.

Santrice is already highly valued in her role as Director of Administrative Services, but over the past year she has truly gone above and beyond. After returning from the eCW Conference, Santrice didn’t just unpack her suitcase, she immediately got to work. Within days, she partnered with Behavioral Health’s leadership to create patient access for self-scheduling appointment requests, a major step forward in improving both patient experience and operational efficiency. Even more impressive? She didn’t stop there. Santrice quickly figured out how this same process could be expanded to our specialty services, including Women’s Services, Chiropractic, and Podiatry. These teams are especially excited about the dramatic reduction in high-volume phone calls. Instead of lengthy back-and-forth, front office staff can now receive electronic requests and respond digitally saving time for staff and patients. All of this was accomplished in less than one week. Incredible timing, incredible execution.

Santrice has also become our unofficial (but universally acknowledged) “front office eCW expert.” She is the go-to person for IT-related eCW issues, known not just for solving problems, but for digging deep, making things work, and staying engaged to ensure systems run smoothly and accurately. Executive Management recently echoed what many already know: Santrice’s work is consistently outstanding, but this initiative is truly a game changer for our specialty services. Leadership, innovation, speed, and impact were all delivered by Santrice.
