CSC Chesterfield site hosting blood drive on Monday, Aug. 16

CareSouth Carolina’s Chesterfield center, located at 204 Perry Wiley Way, will host a blood drive on Monday, August 16 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Those interested in donating blood for The American Red Cross blood drive can visit RedCrossBlood.org using code ‘CareSouth Carolina’ or call 843-623-5080 to make an appointment.

The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.​The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.
