CareSouth Carolina welcomes Mekesha Shaw, FNP, as the newest provider to join our team.
Shaw, a Family Nurse Practitioner, practices Telehealth and is part of our value-based team.
Shaw attended South University where she received her Master of Science Degree-- Family Nurse Practitioner-- in Savannah, GA. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree at South University and her Associates of Science in Nursing at Florence-Darlington Technical College.
Prior to coming to CareSouth Carolina, Shaw held several position including Nurse Practitioner (Palmetto Geriatrics dba Embrace Senior Care), Nurse Practitioner (Pruitt Health Premier), Nurse Practitioner (Aware Med), Family Nurse Practitioner (Signify Health, LLC), Staff Nurse (Regency Hospital), Clinical Appeal Reviewer Supervisor (Carecore National), Medical Reviewer (Palmetto GBA, LLC), Dialysis Nurse (Fresenius Medical Care), Staff Nurse (Healthcare Staffing Agencies), Case Manager RN (Amedisys Home Health) and Staff RN (McLeod Health).
