CareSouth Carolina to host Spring Fling at Chesterfield Office on April 20

CHESTERFIELD, S.C. — CareSouth Carolina will be holding its Spring Fling event on Saturday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Chesterfield office.

The event will take place at 204 Perry Wiley Way, Chesterfield, which boasts over 17,000 square feet of space. In the event of rain, festivities will be moved to the Chesterfield YMCA Gym.

The Spring Fling promises fun for the whole family, featuring games, food, inflatables, health screenings, and more – all provided free of charge. This event not only gives attendees an opportunity to participate in spring fun but also celebrates CareSouth Carolina's commitment to expanding access to quality healthcare services in Chesterfield and surrounding areas.

“CareSouth Carolina has been invested in the Chesterfield community for over 15 years,”CSC CEO Ann Lewis said. “This new facility has provided much-needed expanded services to the area.”

The Chesterfield facility, which opened in early 2021, is home to primary care providers, behavioral health counseling, x-ray, lab, ultrasound, and a pharmacy with a convenient drive-thru service. Furthermore, a spacious community room facilitates various health and community events, fostering collaboration and engagement within the community.

CareSouth Carolina is a private, non-profit community health center delivering patient-centered health and life services in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina. CareSouth Carolina operates centers in Bennettsville, Bishopville, Cheraw, Chesterfield, Dillon, Hartsville, Lake View, Latta, McColl and Society Hill.

Services provided by CareSouth Carolina include family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, women's services, OB/GYN, HIV/AIDS primary care, infectious disease primary care, IV therapy, substance abuse prevention, dental, chiropractic services, pharmacy, senior support services, family support services, clinical counseling, laboratory, ultrasound, X-Ray, agricultural worker health services, and veterans choice provider.
