HARTSVILLE, S.C. — CareSouth Carolina is inviting families and community members to celebrate the fall season during its upcoming Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
The free community event will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at CareSouth Carolina’s Hartsville office, located at 1268 S. Fourth Street.
The Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat will offer a morning of family-friendly activities while also connecting community members with valuable health information and resources.
Guests can enjoy food, games, inflatables and Trunk or Treat activities throughout the event. CareSouth Carolina will also provide health information and screenings, giving attendees an opportunity to learn more about their health while enjoying the fall festivities.
“We’re excited to welcome families from Hartsville and the surrounding communities for a fun morning together,” said Joe Bittle, Chief of Community Health. “Events like this give us an opportunity to connect with the people we serve outside of a traditional health care setting. We want families to have a great time while also having access to information and resources that can help them live healthier lives.”
CareSouth Carolina encourages families to bring their children and enjoy the activities available throughout the morning. The event is open to the community.
In the event of rain, the Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat will move indoors to Butler Heritage Gymnasium, located at 1103 S. Sixth Street in Hartsville.
