CareSouth Carolina to Host Community Health Fair in Bennettsville on February 21

BENNETTSVILLE, SC — CareSouth Carolina is inviting the community to attend its upcoming Community Health Fair on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Bennettsville Community Center, located at 714 N. Marlboro Street in Bennettsville.

This free event will connect families with valuable health-related services, resources, and support in a welcoming and engaging environment. Community members will have the opportunity to learn more about available wellness programs, receive health screenings, and access important information that supports long-term healthy living.

The CareSouth Carolina Community Health Fair will include food, health resources, family support services, giveaways, and health screenings, offering attendees a convenient way to take proactive steps toward better health.

In addition, CareSouth Carolina will also host special giveaways throughout the event. Attendees will have the chance to enter drawings for a 55-inch Smart TV and a Samsung Galaxy Tablet. In addition, the first 150 attendees will receive a free gift, which will include crockpots and gun locks. 

"At CareSouth Carolina, we believe that good health starts with education and access,” CareSouth Carolina Chief of Community Health Joe Bittle said. “Our Community Health Fair is a way for us to give back to the people we serve, offering essential health screenings, resources, and support—all in a welcoming and engaging setting. CareSouth Carolina encourages individuals and families of all ages to attend. The event is open to the public, and no appointment is required.
