CareSouth Carolina’s Family Support Services and Community Outreach Team is ready to assist in helping with Medicaid re-enrollment.
Medicaid is restarting Eligibility reviews, and this means that those who are eligible need to ensure their information is up-to-date to not risk a gap in Medicaid or CHIP coverage.
Please call 866-498-0399 and a CareSouth Carolina representative will be happy to help you.
CareSouth Carolina is partnering with the Councils on Aging in Chesterfield, Marlboro, Darlington and Dillon Counties to distribute meals to seniors age 60 and older who have health disparities and are experiencing food insecurities as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you are interested in receiving non-perishable meals, please call your local Council on Aging for additional information:
CareSouth Carolina stepped in to lend a helping hand to the Councils on Aging as a way to help seniors in the area receive necessary resources during a time where many residents are facing uncertainty.
“This is an excellent partnership and wonderful way to help seniors who are in need during this time,” said Sheila Welch, Director of Vantage Point. “Please make sure to call your local Council on Aging to see if you qualify.”
