CareSouth Carolina Hosts Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat Extravaganza in Hartsville

Hartsville, SC — Hundreds of residents from all around the Pee Dee area made their way to CareSouth Carolina’s Hartsville office on Saturday for the Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat event.

The free event offered food and treats, inflatables, and trunk or treating. In addition, participants were able to take a look at the remodeled CareSouth Carolina Hartsville Medical Facility, which is located at 1268 S. Fourth Street. 

“CareSouth Carolina is so excited to be able to put on this event for our community," Bittle said. "We've been in the Pee Dee region for more than 40 years, and we look forward to continuing to provide needed health and wellness services for many more to come. We were blessed with a large turnout, and it was great to be able to showcase our state-of-the-art Hartsville facility while also having fun with our patients and community members.”
