CareSouth Carolina Earns National Recognition With Five HRSA Quality Badges

CareSouth Carolina has been nationally recognized with five Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), showing the organization's continued commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the communities it serves.

The Community Health Quality Recognition badges honor Health Center Program awardees and look-alikes that have demonstrated outstanding achievements in access to care, clinical quality, health information technology, and patient health outcomes. The awards are based on data submitted through the Uniform Data System (UDS) during the most recent reporting period.

CareSouth Carolina received recognition with national badges in the following categories:

• Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality
• Health Center Quality Leader
• National Quality Leader for Behavioral Health
• National Quality Leader for Diabetes Health
• National Quality Leader for Heart Health

The Advancing HIT for Quality badge recognizes health centers that use health information technology to support high-quality patient care and improve clinical performance. The Health Center Quality Leader badge honors organizations that rank among the highest-performing health centers nationwide for overall clinical quality.

CareSouth Carolina also earned three National Quality Leader badges, recognizing exceptional performance in behavioral health, diabetes care, and heart health.
