HARTSVILLE, S.C. — Due to the weather forecast, CareSouth Carolina has announced a location change for its upcoming Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat, scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026.
The free community event will now take place at Butler Heritage Gymnasium, located at 1103 S. Sixth Street in Hartsville, instead of CareSouth Carolina's Hartsville office.
The event will still take place from 10 a.m. to noon, with families invited to enjoy a morning of fall festivities, family-friendly activities and valuable health resources.
Guests can look forward to food, games, inflatables and Trunk or Treat activities. CareSouth Carolina will also provide health information and screenings, giving attendees an opportunity to learn more about their health while enjoying the festivities.
“We’re excited to welcome families from Hartsville and the surrounding communities for a fun morning together,” said CareSouth Carolina Chief of Community Health Joe Bittle. “Events like this give us an opportunity to connect with the people we serve outside of a traditional health care setting. We want families to have a great time while also having access to information and resources that can help them live healthier lives.”
While the location has changed, CareSouth Carolina remains committed to providing an enjoyable experience for families throughout the community.
The event is free and open to the public, and families are encouraged to bring their children to participate in the activities.
