It is our pleasure to recognize Shamiqua Rainey as our Employee of the Month!

Shamiqua Rainey consistently transforms one of the most frustrating parts of the healthcare journey navigating insurance approvals for medications into a seamless and reassuring experience for our patients. Prior authorizations are often a hidden, stressful barrier to care. Meeka, as she prefers to be called, treats every single authorization not as routine paperwork, but as a real person awaiting vital information. She’s also known as the GOAT at her site because of her helpfulness and positive energy she brings fostering a great work environment. She handles a lot of the Bennettsville Main office decorations, as well as lending a hand in helping training staff on doing PAs.
