FAMILY PRACTICE PHYSICIAN - PART TIME OR FULL TIME

ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST - TEMPORARY, FULL-TIME OR PRN - HARTSVILLE

Job Summary:  The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for the independent operation of sonographic equipment, and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic examinations using sonography. The Ultrasound Technologist is also responsible for daily operations of the sonographic laboratory, patient schedule, equipment maintenance, the report of equipment failures, and quality assessment (QA). The Ultrasound Technologist maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease and new procedures as they evolve.

Qualifications:

  1. Satisfactory completion  of  formal  Radiologic  technology  training  in  an  AMA-approved  school  and   ability   to   meet   requirements   for   registry   by   the   American   Registry   of   Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
  2. Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) preferred

LABORATORY MANAGER - FULL TIME

The Laboratory Manager provides leadership and directs the training, development and supervision of laboratory personnel, plans and schedules the activities of the laboratory. Community Health Worker - Full time - ROAD/Off Site

CareSouth Carolina is seeking the right individual to provide exceptional case management and outreach services. Based in Darlington county, the right candidate will provide individual and group health education; case management, follow-up and tracking; home visits; social services navigation and referral; community health screening/event planning and services; positive public relations; and assistance in the development of partnerships that improve individual and/or community health. The right candidate will be from the community and be capable of providing services in community settings as well as to current patients. Health care experience is preferred. Training as a certified Community Health Worker is available for the right person. REFERRAL SPECIALIST-FLOATER

The Referral Specialist is responsible for processing referral request following Caresouth Carolina guidelines and for providing courteous and professional assistance to patients and their families.  Will complete referrals in a timely manner.  Will demonstrate superior customer service skills, including but not limited to:  all internal and external customers, in person and over the phone.  Will assist in answering the phone and directing messages/inquires and routing calls in a timely manner.  Will prioritize provider’s orders for diagnostic testing and referrals.  Obtain insurance authorizations for referrals including radiological or other outside testing. Schedules referrals appointments and verifies that the patient has received all recommended aspects of care, as directed by the provider, prior to the appointment.  Utilizes established documentation system for tracking referral related to specialty services and notifies the referring provider if patients do not adhere to the recommended plan of care/or follow through with referral appointment.  Referral experience is preferred.  Location:  This person will float between our Hartsville, Bishopville, Society Hill, Cheraw, Chesterfield, Bennettsville, McColl, LakeView, Latta, and Dillon offices.  Hours:  Full time Monday – Friday.
