+Expanded Duty Dental Assistant - FULL TIME - Two Positions Available
JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary role of the Dental Assistant is to assist the dentist in providing high-quality dental care. Duties include, but not limited to: Prepare & maintain dental instruments; prepares the operatory for the patient visit, prepares dental materials—cements, amalgams, composites, impression materials, etc; assists with dental charting for billing within the electronic practice management software; provides active chairside assistance; transfers instruments as appropriate for four-handed dentistry; anticipates the dentist’s needs.
