JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Patient Referral Technical Advisor will provide effective leadership for the referral team and ensure the department consistently provides high quality service with positive patient outcomes.  Duties will include, but are not limited to:

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The responsibility of the housekeeper/custodian will include but is not limited to:  cleaning all areas of the facility on a daily basis; sweep, scrub, mop, vacuum floors; dust furniture; dust/wash walls, ceilings, door panels, window sills, and windows; empty waste baskets and replace liners; transport trash and waste to disposal area; clean and sanitize bathrooms and replenish bathroom supplies; clean patient exam rooms; follow and complete cleaning checklist to be turned into manager on a weekly basis; and other duties as required.  HOURS:  Position will be part-time evening hours, 16-24 hours a week depending on the location.  SKILLS/EDUCATION:  Successful candidate must have a minimum of six-twelve months experience working as a housekeeper/custodian in a public setting. LOCATIONS:  Hartsville.
