+Nurse Practitioner - Full Time - Bennettsville Medical
JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary responsibility is to work as part of CareSouth’s provider team performing a variety of direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation/monitoring as needed. The incumbent performs these functions under the general supervision of a licensed physician in a primary health care setting. The practitioner may also perform specialty services including diagnostic colposcopy, after training, credentialing and certification. The incumbent will collaborate with clinical and other staff to achieve improved patient care and outcomes during the medical visit. It will require constant collaboration and constant efforts to improve the patient experience by providing high quality and patient centered care. This may involve participation in trainings, team meetings and huddles to facilitate the delivery of patient centered care in all CareSouth medical center sites. This will also involve close collaboration with facilities outside of CSC for referral services when patients are in need of those services. All clinical staff will include the patient in the decision making and the plan of care development while being treated at CSC.
