+Expanded Duty Dental Assistant - FULL TIME - Two Positions Available
JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary role of the Dental Assistant is to assist the dentist in providing high-quality dental care. Duties include, but not limited to: Prepare & maintain dental instruments; prepares the operatory for the patient visit, prepares dental materials—cements, amalgams, composites, impression materials, etc; assists with dental charting for billing within the electronic practice management software; provides active chairside assistance; transfers instruments as appropriate for four-handed dentistry; anticipates the dentist’s needs. SKILLS/EDUCATION: Successful completion of an Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Program or Dental Hygiene Program. One year’s experience preferred. HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week. Provides high-quality dental hygiene within the scope of service consistent with accepted standards of care. Evaluates patients and implements treatment regimens under the supervision of the Dentist. JOB DESCRIPTION: Will assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in accordance with local, state, federal, and company regulations. +Floor Technician - WareHouse (Society Hill) - Part Time
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:  Floor Technicians are responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of  areas that include offices, patient rooms, break rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, and other public areas.  Other required duties may be assigned by the supervisor.  SKILLS/EDUCATION:  Minimum 1 ½ years experience in floor care, knowledge of how to stripe, wax and burnish floors with no supervision; knowledge of operating various pieces of equipment necessary to effectively perform job functions, such as a high speed buffer, extractor, wet vac, pressure washer, auto scrubber. +Recording Secretary - Hartsville - Full Time
JOB DESCRIPTION:  Recording secretaries keep a comprehensive record of discussions during a variety of company meetings. These records, also known as minutes, may cover what was accomplished, said or set at the meeting, and may exclude individual opinions from group members. The recording secretary is required to note the members who are present, record group decisions and write down actions in the order that they occurred. Once the session is complete, he/she will make formal reports and copies of the minutes for distribution.  In addition to keeping the legal account of each meeting, recording secretaries must maintain records of past meetings, which may include indexing discussion topics. This involves noting amendments to previous minutes, reports of general matters and proposals under discussion.  Will also be responsible for additional administrative duties such as answering the telephone, filing, etc.   SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:  High school diploma or equivalent required.  The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience at taking meeting minutes.  Must have superior knowledge of correct grammar, punctuation and spelling. JOB DESCRIPTION:  Responsible for setting up estimates, budgets and the construction timetable for various building/expansion projects as well as providing direction for the construction strategy. He/she will responsible to select the subcontractors and workers, and provides required explanations for the builders and other professionals associated with the project, coordinating and collaborating with the architects, engineers and specialists. The construction manager also ensures the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements. Job Description:  The FSS CMA/RMA will assist medical providers in the administration of patient care in assigned clinical areas within the scope of his/her training.  Their primary role is to provide case management services in the support of patient care delivered in our medical centers. +Customer Service Representative - Full Time - Hartsville
JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering all calls coming into the organization and routing them to the correct location.  If the caller is a patient calling to make an appointment the CSR will schedule the patient appointment. The CSR will be scheduling appointments from a central call center location for all CareSouth Carolina medical offices.  Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:  Gathers necessary demographic and clinical information and enters into scheduling system; may communicate visit requirements and instructions; and make necessary adjustments to the appointment as needed.  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:  High school diploma or equivalent required.
