Diagnostic Radiology & Laboratory

CareSouth Carolina provides diagnostic radiology & laboratory services on-site at our locations throughout the Pee Dee region.

Diagnostic radiology uses X-rays and ultrasound to diagnose and treat disease.

Our laboratory services feature state-of-the-art technology that allows our providers to get your results back in a convenient and timely manner. CSC also uses a reference laboratory for tests that cannot be performed on site.

CareSouth Carolina provides Ultrasound services at its Hartsville, Bennettsville and McColl locations.
