Job Description

The responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse include but are not limited to:

• Functioning with the clinical guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer, the staff nurse (LPN) participates in the assessment and care of clinic patients. 
• This involves a variety of tasks requiring judgment born of solid knowledge and expertise in general nursing theory. 
• This position will also involve working with adult and pediatric patients.

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree/Diploma required
• Must be licensed to work as an LPN in the State of South Carolina
• Must be CPR certified
• Six to twelve months of experience in a community health care center or family practice setting, strongly preferred

Hartsville, SC (Suite A)

Hours

Monday – Thursday, 40 hours per week.
