This position is responsible for strategic introduction and/or implementation of new technology solutions that improve business and clinical efficiency. The primary responsibility is to provide software training to new and existing employees. In addition, the position will develop and implement software workflows to help support the employee’s software knowledge. The IT Trainer will identify risks associated with business applications and make recommendations for risk mitigation. Requires the ability to foster and maintain positive and close working relationships with staff in all departments to build effective channels of communication to be able to recommend software changes and enhancements to the IT Manager and/or CIO.
