Many have asked about the WPDE report we would stop distributing the Johnson & Johnson Vaccine.
That is not true. We will continue to offer the J&J Vaccine at our mobile and pop-up events.
This was due to a misunderstanding on our part. We apologize for the confusion and look forward to continuing to serve our communities.
CareSouth Carolina is working to ensure the safety of our communities, our patients and our staff members. Please click 'learn more' for the latest updates on our vaccine supply and distribution.

MCCOLL, S.C. — CareSouth Carolina is partnering with ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine to bring outpatient rehabilitation services to its state-of-the-art fitness and rehab facility at the McColl Health & Wellness Center.
ProMotion’s Business Manager, Andrew Imbeau, said the partnership with CareSouth Carolina seemed like a perfect fit because it will allow the organization to treat and care for many populations that they weren’t able to reach before.
“We, as a private organization, are hindered from providing care to those who are underinsured or uninsured,” Imbeau said. “This facility is state-of-the-art and the partnership with CareSouth Carolina allows us to provide access to high quality care to everybody who may need these services.”
ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine offers a variety of treatments for diagnoses including pre-surgical and post-surgical rehab needs, back pain & sciatica, shoulder pain, elbow, wrist and hand pain, arthritis, ergonomic deficiencies, neck pain and headaches, hip and knee pain, foot and ankle pain, fibromyalgia, balance and gait disorders, sports and performing arts injuries, chronic pain, neurological disorders, work injury, work conditioning and much more.
“We as a company strive to treat the whole patient,” said Nancy Imbeau, the organization’s founding partner and president. “Just because we have someone coming to see us for new pain doesn’t mean we just stop there. We talk to our patients about what they are eating, how they are sleeping, what kind of stressors may be impacting physical and mental health, and much more. We use a research-based wholistic approach in our treatments. We have a large team of wonderful providers who are encouraging and supportive of our patients. We focus on having patients feeling better when they leave our clinics after each visit, as well as helping them make lifestyle changes that will impact their well-beinglong after they’ve finished their rehab with us. .”
ProMotion is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in the McColl Health & Wellness Center but will be expanding hours to five days a week later this year. Patients do not need a referral if they have private insurance or are self-pay. With other forms of insurance, one can ask their primary care provider, orthopedist, or other healthcare provider for a referral.
To contact ProMotion, please give them a call at 843-894-1141 or visit their website at www.physiosc.com.
The mission at ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine is to inspire and promote wellness through comprehensive rehabilitative and preventative outpatient rehabilitative services. The organization uses an evidence-based approach, which blends extensive clinical experience with research-backed treatments to obtain the best possible outcomes for patients.
