JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Primary responsibility is the collection, labeling and preparation of blood specimens for patient testing.  Responsible for the maintenance of all applicable logs, the filing of reports and assembling of the appropriate chart with appropriate lab report.  At times, assists lab or nursing employees in the care of patients within limits and under clinic nurse supervision. 

SKILLS/EDUCATION 

• Candidate must be a successful graduate of an accredited Phlebotomy program or CMA/RMA program. 
• ASCP certification strongly preferred.  Must have CPR certification.

HOURS

 PRN/ AS NEEDED.

LOCATION  

Bishopville, Hartsville, Society Hill, Chesterfield, Cheraw, Bennettsville, McColl, Lake View, Dillon, and Latta.
