Job Description

The responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse include but are not limited to:

• Participates in the assessment of care of the mobile clinic patients. 
• This involves a variety of tasks requiring judgment born of solid knowledge and expertise in general nursing theory. 
• Primary responsibility is to assist in the assessment and care of patients within the scope of his/her training limitations.
• The LPN will perform routine administrative duties, such as checking in patients, authorizing insurance and processing co-payments.

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree/ Diploma required
• Must be licensed to work as an LPN in the State of South Carolina
• Must be CPR certified
• Six to twelve months of experience in a community health care center or family practice setting strongly preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Location

This position is to work with our ROADS Team which is a mobile team providing well-child primary care in local area schools. Traveling daily on the medical unit within the Pee Dee region is required.

Hours

Full -Time,40 hours per week.  Monday – Friday
