Job Summary

Under general supervision, performs routine office, waiting room, exam room, and bathroom cleaning. May perform routine maintenance work and other related duties in support of the facilities.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, exam rooms, and offices on a daily basis.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Dusts furniture.
• Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets and replace liners.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Vacuums floors.
• Uses a checklist on a weekly basis and submits to supervisor or site administrator and notifies them of any deficiencies/needs to supply shortages.
• Assists other maintenance staff with special cleaning projects or maintenance repairs on an as needed basis.
• Completes and signs off on PowerDMS documents in a timely fashion.
• Willing assists with other duties as requested.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to work independently and handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is strongly preferred
• Zero (0) to one (1) year experience in field or related field

Hours

Monday-Friday, Part-Time, 20-25 Hours
