CareSouth Carolina’s Family Support Services and Community Outreach Team is ready to assist in helping with Medicaid re-enrollment.
Medicaid is restarting Eligibility reviews, and this means that those who are eligible need to ensure their information is up-to-date to not risk a gap in Medicaid or CHIP coverage.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibility will be to schedule patient appointments for medical office visits. The CSR will be scheduling appointments from a central call center location for all CareSouth Carolina medical offices. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to gathering necessary demographic and clinical information and enters into the scheduling system; may communicate visit requirements and instructions; and making necessary adjustments to the appointment as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in an appointment scheduling position, preferably in a medical practice setting. Must be fluent in Spanish.
Call Center operates Monday – Friday, 7:30 – 6:00. Will be scheduled for 7:30 – 4:00 or 9:30 – 6:00.
Proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 must be presented prior to beginning work with CareSouth Carolina.
