Tona Tedder Joins CareSouth Carolina

Tona Tedder, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC, has joined the staff of CareSouth Carolina.  Tona received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and his Master of Science degree in Nursing from The University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.   Tona is a member of South Carolina Nurses Association and South Carolina Advanced Practice Nurses Council.  She is certified with American Heart Association as Pediatric Advanced Life Support Provider, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider and Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.  Tona has been working in the healthcare profession for over 30 years, providing care at all ages with an emphasis on health promotion through education and management of patients daily.  She has been responsible for health education for all patients with emphasis on Hypertension, Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure, Sinusitis, URI, Asthma, GERD, Dermatological Problems, Renal Disease, etc.  Tona is admired and respected by all of her patients because of the quality of care they receive from her.
