One example of CareSouth Carolina employees putting a little joy into their workday occurred in Chesterfield in February. For Valentines Day, the staff at the CSC Chesterfield Center decided to share a little fun with one another and reduce some stress. Everyone brought in decorations and bags were decorated by all staff. On Valentine’s Day, the bags were opened. Everyone enjoyed seeing what “goodies’ co-workers had put in them. According to Peggy Foster, site manager at the Chesterfield Center, “A great spirit of anticipation and sharing was enjoyed by all.” Kudos to the Chesterfield staff for understanding and participating in one of CSC most important values – JOY!
