At CareSouth Carolina, we believe that listening
to our patients, employees and community members is the key to quality
health care. Good or bad, what you have to say is important to us.
Without your opinions and feedback, we don’t know what is working well
and what is not. In truth, what you have to say is at the core of our
Mission. So, we
hope you will take a few minutes and do one of the following using our
Comment Form:

Share a Compliment
about an individual, group, particular center or our entire organization
for the services that we provided. We love to know when we’ve exceeded
your expectations. Plus, we want to build on what is working well.

Offer a Suggestion
about what we can do better at our medical center or in your community.
Your suggestions, we have discovered, can lead to great innovation and
improvement in our services.

Issue a Complaint
about the service, assessment or care that you received by an
individual, group, or medical center that did not meet your
expectations. Complaints are an opportunity for us to communicate
honestly, correct what is broken and improve our services to you and
others.

Ask a Question
about our services or organization. We are here for you. If you are
just curious about something or if there is something that you really
need to know or understand, please don’t hesitate to ask.
We will treat your
comment with respect and respond promptly. It’s that simple.
If you do not want to
provide a comment through our webpage, you may also share your thoughts
with the Site Manager at each of CareSouth Carolina’s medical centers in
person, by phone or even by mail. Location phone numbers and addresses
